The hotel is very cosy and offers a large range of wellness-facilities. Very quite place and good breakfast buffet.

The staff was friendly and the food superb. Good value for the money. The hotel's creme bruleé may well be the best I have ever tasted. The thermal bath was conveniently located just across the road. It is also worth mentioning that it is easy to get to the hotel also without a car. I landed at Franfurt -Hahn, took the airport shuttle to Bullay where I was picked up for free by the hotel.
Bad Bertrich is beautiful, but a couple of days is enough. It is ideal for relaxation, though.

At the day of arrival, I mentioned, that I had to leave one day earlier.Yhat was no problem. On the day of payment, the reception counted the full price. On my complaiint they only accepted the half price for the room for the last night. I think this is not according tot the Booking rules.

The room, with balcony, was beautiful, spacious and peaceful, with a lovely view over the central garden area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Translated menus would have been helpful, but the food and wine was good and so was the service.

Breakfast ok, stuff nice, children corner. The village is a bit oldish, not really for young couples. Good air, nice walking paths (not with stroller) children under 3 can not go in the spa
